Production equipment

Inspection facilities  We have large-scale automatic detection system for testing battery electric performance, plated metal thickness detection instrument, Anti-corrosion test tank, high/low temperature humid hot experiment tank, DIM-125 microscope, high rate charge and discharge test equipment, vibration test instrument and etc. These facilities play very important role in quality control of incoming raw material, in-process production and product handover.

Quality team

In terms of staff deployment, we have sufficient IQC, OLQC, IPQC, FQC & QA staff in charge of quality control of incoming raw material, in-process production and finished product handover. This will supervise and inspect three major procedures which have big effect on quality as per QC requirement. Meanwhile, our technical department assigns experienced battery technique engineer to stay in workshop, supervise technique practice status, clear hidden danger and solve quality problem in production line.

Training We’ve always considered staff training as constant important task for different levels management. Skill improvement, operation procedure standard, customer service sense inculcation and training are the key part. New staff will receive training and examination of basic battery knowledge, ISO9001:2000, ISO1400A:1996 quality and environment management system. For position transit, the staff will receive new position training and examination. For special position, the staff is required to hold certificate. Besides, we also organize and send staff from technical and QC department to receive outside technique and quality training. This helps them better apply statistics technology to improve in-process production control and broaden their minds.

Technical club

We annually send technical staff to attend different domestic and international technical exchange, international fair, learn the latest development trend of battery technology in the world and study competitor’s advanced technique and management method.
