What is Vision？

Vision is a future direction drawn up by members of the organization through group discussion with a consensus on what we wish to work with vim and vigor. Vision is a more advanced level pursuit between belief and pursuit. It is a mid-period enterprise pursuit which is similar to what people would call ideal. Vision is a lower level of belief (Belief is usually eternal), a higher level of pursuit (Pursuit is usually short-term).
Vision is a picture which people always want to strive to achieve.It is an expression of the will. It summarizes the future target, mission and core values which is the core content of philosophy and the ultimate picture people hope to realize. For an organization, Vision should be shared. A common Vision is an image or a scene held by the members of the organization in common.

Answer :
First of all, we first explain what is the integrity? From morality, the integrity is when you do something you should be sincere, honest, credibility, true in word and act in deed; you should keep your promise once you promised. In "SHUO WEN JIE ZI” the explanation for integrity is: "Honest, to be trusted" and "Be trusted, because you are honest “   you may  seen that from the original meaning of integrity is to be honest, sincere, trustworthy,  oppose fraud, oppose fake. Chinese traditional moral values about integrity is : the integrity and honest  is the fundamental standards of our performance. The  concept about integrity from  West countries is :  the concept of integrity  originated in ancient Greece,  rising  in ancient Rome, reflected in the all  activities of the  economy ,  the integrity is the basis of the contract . Unitech praised integrity in our own company, we also praised integrity in the relationship with our suppliers, employees, customers. Our company has been identified as "the company with integrity” by Shenzhen Municipal Government
